Symplectic Elements Orientation: Publication data sources

This short demo focuses on the Sources tab within each Publication item. This tab displays the data sources Elements has harvested from to create a unified publication record. Clicking into an example reveals detailed information harvested from external sources, such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Dimensions, each contributing unique metadata like abstracts, labels, and funding links. Automatic harvesting from diverse sources allows for comprehensive and rich representations of publication items without manual data entry, facilitating ongoing reporting and analysis.
