Fourth public release of GRID. All data now contained in a single ZIP archive.

- Increased types coverage to 89% of all records

- Fixed incorrectly labelled external IDs

- Fixed whitespace around acronyms and aliases

Release Sub Notes

In this release we have moved to a single ZIP archive containing both the JSON and CSV formats. We now provide the full database as a collection of CSV files.
